Tenant Engagement and Empowerment

An exclusive roundtable with Esuasive and Microsoft

On 14 July this year the HCA published its revised Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Standard, setting out revised, higher standards for customer service, responding to tenants diverse needs, offering choice in the way tenants can communicate with their landlords, and encouraging them to play a more active role in the management of their housing and delivery of the services they consume.

Responding to the challenges this new standard sets for registered providers, Esuasive is delighted to be invited to host two one-day Tenant Engagement roundtables at Microsoft’s offices in London and Reading. Join us on the day of your choice for a mix of stimulating user-led discussion, an opportunity to learn from digital transformation pathfinders, and the chance to explore some live scenarios.
